Veterans account for 13 percent of Frontier’s nationwide work force; 255 of those are employed in Connecticut. The company also uses a unique application process for veterans that consists of a video portal where they can upload information about themselves and participate in interviews while still deployed. Frontier also offers service discounts for military members and their families.
